Monkeys have tails apes do not. also apes have a lot in common with humans than monkeys do.

Well cement is a binding material used in most construction works while concrete is a mixture of cement, sand and gravels with the cement as binding agent in the concrete.

mace is particulate and does not dissipate easily while pepper spray is liquid in nature.

fruits are eaten in the raw state while most vegetables have to be cooked before eating.

Cement is a component of concrete.  Concrete also contains sand, gravel, and water.  

Mace is the outer skin of the nutmeg, pepper spray is capsaicin from hot peppers.

Fruits are the maturing seed bearing ovaries of plants, vegetables are edible parts of plants that do not contain seeds (examples: spinach, celery, and rhubarb.)
