Trivial Pursuit to pursue victory in Sprint Trophy
Trivial Pursuit is pursuing to claim a sterling victory in Stadium Bookmakers Sprint Trophy, a high-voltage Open Race that will be held at Nottingham track tonight, April 23.
The G. Strike-trained brilliant brindle dog is well-prepared to take on five strong rivals such as Hazy Purty, Dromana Max, Barley Lineker, Dynamo Joe and Ballymac Mozart.
The contest over a distance of 305 meters will commence at 21:52 (GMT). A prize cheque of £150 is waiting for Trivial Pursuit who is destined to make a big impact in the race.
Trivial Pursuit boosted up his morale to a great extent by winning three races in a row from March 31 to April 14, 2012. This fabulous hat-trick infused immense confident and fighting spirit in the four-year-old veteran hound.
Earlier, the dashing dog had finished first by a big margin of 6 ½ lengths in a race on March 20 and earned a runner-up rank on March 13.
During the month of January, the son of Ballymac Maeve out of Patterdale Chloe bagged a couple of consecutive runner-up positions. Overall, his career is marked with sheer consistency and epic feats.
If the maverick sprinter runs to his best and avoids making any mistake in the track, his chances to finish first will be as high as 90 percent.
Among the other runners, Dynamo Joe and Hazy Purty are likely to perform well in the race.
Dynamo Joe excellently won 5 races in a row from September 5 to October 6, 2011. The C. Weatherall-trained black dog went ahead to bag a victory each in January and February 2012. The three-year-old veteran hound is quite confident to outpace his opponents
tonight.
On the other hand, Hazy Purty accomplished a sterling triumph each in January and February 2012. G. Ballentine’s fawn b***h finished 2nd in her second last outing on April 9. She too can give a tough time to Trivial Pursuit.
By and large, the race will be packed with thrill and throb. Trivial Pursuit will have to fight with his back to the wall in order to keep his head high. Let us enjoy the fantastic action. Good luck to all the hounds.
