Trojan Vibrating Touch doesn't work?

Question

My fiance ordered it online and I just got it in the mail. The thing doesn't vibrate much at all! I'm not sure if the batteries it comes with are just bad or if the thing just doesn't have any power, but when you turn it on it just kinda buzzes faintly but doesn't feel like it's vibrating at all. Maybe mine wasn't made well enough? I tried taking the batteries out, switching them around, turning the lid around and putting it on differently, but nothing works. Does anyone else have one? Did your's work well? I feel gipped. If I buy new batteries and those don't work either then maybe this thing is broken or it just sucks.

no i got one also and i was VERY disapointed...it has no power if you are looking for something like this to use anywhere look for something called the pocket rocket! its awesome i just got one yesterday...works like charm!!
