Trojan.Wimad - in my computer. How do I remove it?

Hello friends! Well I really need your help as my computer has been infected with Trojan.Wimad. People are telling that it is a very dangerous virus. Please tell me what should I do? Also please tell me as to how do I reformat my computer without using anyone's help? Also please friends, if you are giving me the name of an antivirus-please make sure that it will definitely work to remove this Trojan as I have tried millions of antiviruses and none of them work including Norton Antivirus . Please help me out friends. I will be really thankful to you guys.

Forget everything just download the Dr.web CureIT (www.freedrweb.com/cureit)  and  scan the whole computer.... ur all problem will b solved pls scan in safe mode (when u start ur computer press F8 (till u get the safe mode option) GO to the safe mode and the run cureit....

and if u use pendrives the use this software autoruneater... to protect the  viruses directly run from pen-drive...

try hijackthis it's free and small download see if you can detect it and delete it you may need to run this when you are in safe mode. to get into safe mode you need to restart your comp and press F8 constantly when it boot and then a menu will come up and select safe mode.
