I downloaded trojan.brisv.a!inf recently and after trying to manually remove it from my computer, my internet browsers aren't responding. I can connect and ping google, but it cannot search from that or any other search engine. I can pull up my history and websites from the URL bar just fine and all other programs that require the internet are functional (AIM, Yahoo). I've found at least 14 other trojans still on my system, but I can't connect to the internet to register for a full removal. So far, when Firefox is left on for more then 5 minutes it will automatically crash.
I would like a link to a free trojan removal tool, or at least someway to fix my computer without a complete restart.
