  1. I have the same thing and that's not the main issue, the main thing is that there's a virus that's attacked your main file and now it's not executable(deletable) and the best thing to do is be patient but I do suggest something that will give you enough time to delete it and it's known as Sysmantec. It's probably one of the best anti virus out there and it will most of the time delete those pesky Trojans and it can be found on the Norton homepage. But anyhow if you want to delete the fully protected file go to Microsoft and search up how to delete a undeletable file, and it's probably going to take a while but at least it's gone. I suggest buying something from Kaspersky ( best anti-virus known to date).

  2. I got SHeur too; it disabled my screen saver and background display tabs and caused my pc to shutdown or get a blue screen every few minutes. No matter how many times I got it with AVG it always shows up till I read that it could hide in the system restore files (an area virus scanners don’t modify).

This is what I did to get rid of it:

    1. Disable system restore - Go to control panal > System > System restore tab and check the box that says “Turn off system restore on all drivers” then restart your pc and tap F8 during startup several times so you can start in safe mode.

    2. Run AVG and delete any viruses it detects.

    3. Restart your pc and uncheck the “Turn off system restore on all drivers” Box.

Doing that deletes your system restore files in case the virus is hidden there.

Check to make sure you can change your screensaver and backgrounds for some reason, it disabled those for me. If they’re still disabled after you did the above Google dial-a-fix. It’s a free program that allowed me to enable the display tabs (Option called policies).

Hope this helps, took me a few hours to get rid of it :)
