Tronic Cycle Computer Instructions?

I know this has already been asked but I cannot find any help on the internet.

Anyway, I've had this Tronic cycle computer (black, wireless, solar powered, couple of £, you know the Lidl deal!) for ages (it says November 2005 on the back) and I want to set it up so it's ready for my new bike. It asks some really random stuff in the setup, without giving any indication as to what they mean - the one thing I think I've worked out is wheel and frame size.

If anyone has this manual, it would be such a help if you could set me in the right direction, or if someone knows where I can get the manual, I would really appreciate it.
