  1. "Troops, have we forgotten you?"

Not while any who know and love them draw breath.

In memory of my son, Sgt. Armand Luke Frickey, and the other men of the 256th "Blacksheep" Infantry Brigade (Mechanized), Louisiana Army National Guard, killed in action at Taji, Iraq on January 6th, 2005, and the men of the 1-69th "Wolfhounds" Infantry, New York Army National Guard, two of whom were in the Bradley Fighting Vehicle where Luke and his squad died from a roadside bomb.

While we who loved them live, they shall never die.

  2. No you havent forgotten and we do appreciate it.  The biggest thing anyone can do to support me (speaking personally) is to say thank you and live free.

  3. Thanks, that is great.  I resently went on leave.  Flying threw the airports in uniform, I was amazed by the numbers of people that stopped to say thanks.  Old men would just put ther hand on my shoulder and nod as they walked by.  One women slammed on her brakes as she drove by, to yell thanks for your service.  I have never felt so proud in all of my life.  Its those people who take the second out of there day to say something that fuels me to do the job.

  4. This post should be flowing with posts but so many have been tricked into agenda. Thanksyou for your support, all vets are greatfull for anyone who acknowlages what we have ,are, and will do.
