decomposers. as u get lower and lower in a food pyramid, the energy decreases.

for example, the organisms with the most enery would be plants bc they use the suns energy direreclty.

next would be the herbivores who eat the plants.

then the carnivores who eat the herbivores.

finally, the decomposers who eat the remains of dead animals and who hav the least amount of energy.
