Troubel finding a game about united nations?

Question

Its liek base doff a book.. but you made your own country then answered questions to develop/ alter your countries stance/ status/ etc etc etc

also you coudl write your own resolutions and become apart of the committees and vote on certain working papers/resolutions and debate them..

anyway i just thought this wa sa fun game to kill time with..

and ideas on what it is? or a link?
