  1. just act calm, and you'll be ok, and remember to relax, ur just talking...or think of situations where you talk normally, then just act like its that situation and then you'll relax and talk normally

  2. just think that it will be over before you know it. dont freak out because you will have a panic attack. and trust me, those arent fun. i have anxiety disorder.

  3. A lot of people have trouble speaking when they get nervous or feel under pressure.  However if you have had many times of saying things wrong or backwards it could be dyslexia.  That may not be the problem though.  When you read do the words jumble together or get mixed up?  If they do then maybe you should talk to your local doctor about it and he/she can refer you on if you need testing.  There is nothing wrong with dyslexia, my husband is and most people would never even notice.

  4. It sounds like Social Anxiety Disorder, however, no one but a professional can diagnose you.  Hopefully, someone can help you understand why you are so anxious in social situations and help you find tools to overcome this.  I know many are quick to throw some pills at you and leave it at that, but I would look at the medication as a stop gap while you undergo hypnotherapy or cognitive behavioral therapy.  If you do something that frightens you often enough, it becomes familiar enough that you overcome your fear--usually.  Often fears come from a feeling of being out of control and what may happen because of that.

    Good luck to you!

  5. I think you may be stuttering/stammering. I do this sometimes as well. You might want to do some research on the Internet about what stuttering/stammering is and what you can do about it.

In some cases, you aren't actually stuttering. You may just be nervous, so calm down! ;)

  6. this is so normal. I do to. you have to find a state of mind where you can relax.

  7. Relax..........................

  8. what you mean when you having trouble speaking when your nervous

  9. Practice by yourself.

Whether you're infront of a mirror, laying in bed, taking a walk out in the park, or just driving in your car, take the time to practice speaking.

Breathe. Relax. And don't think about other things. AND REMEMBER that you're speaking on YOUR behalf, so what you say reflects you as a person. So when you speak, speak with confidence, especially while your practicing.

  10. Mostly likely, you just suffer from shyness and chances are good you'll grow out of it as you get older.  Try not to be too hard on yourself, because it's very common to feel that way.  You'll be fine!!
