Question:

Trouble applying nail polish. I can only use pearlised polishes; creamy ones just go streaky and look awful.

  1. YOU MUST BE KIDDING?  Your life is so pathetic you are whining about NAIL POLISH?

    There are people in the world with genuine problems; quit being so self-centered.


  2. How do you apply them? Do you add the polish in the 3 stripe application (side, side, center)?

    Also, if you apply the coats too soon, the polish looks bad because it's pulling the previous layer and making it look chunky.

    Another problem is if your nail bed is ridgy. If it is, get a nail buffer (usually has 4 different colored sides) and buff it out. -Then- apply the polish in the 3 stripe manner.

  3. With creamy polishes, you need to use a good basecoat, something like a ridgefiller...this will help it look more even

    sometimes i even put a very natural color underneath the basecoat as well, like the base color of a french(pinky pale) and this helps even it out and not go streaky
