  1. there's this thing called an inhaler, use it before u run

  2. Ummm..unless you're wonder woman you aren't gonna drop 30 seconds off 6:10..7th grade girl running 5:40 then 5:10? Yeah right. Ignore the teacher, you're really good at running already.,

Tell your parents to go run a sub 6:10 before they kill you.

  3. ok ur teacher is INSANE because a 6:10 mile is great for some1 ur age and 5:30 is AWESOME/TRACK STAR pace, even for someone in high school.  just say u have trouble breathing, im sure this won't affect your grade.

  4. Sounds like EXERCISE INDUCED Asthma or SEASONAL asthma.

I still have it to this day and it sounds exactly the way it happened to me. Go check with your doctor and they will check your lungs by having you breath into this ventilator to see if you have asthma or not.

They'll give you an inhaler and before i run [typically 30 mins before running] i just take 2 puffs with a minute in between each and then from there, im ready!

Hope you get better but get your folks to take you to see your primary physican, because asthma is no joke

  5. i don't know any middle school's who make u run 5 minute miles. I think they mke u do that on varsity track. Tell ur PE coach to run a 5 minute mile and c if he could do it. He probably can't. if ur in seventh grade, a lot of people can't do a 5 minute mile, so practice. That's my best advice i could give u

  6. dude middle schools shouldnt make you run 5 minute miles thats like top jv track and field anyways you shouldnt stop even if your tired you should train join the track team or some kind of sport and no dont take drugs take deep breaths and eat healthier stuff mostly carbs your body will use that as energy dont breath as fast too you should also try to keep up with someone who is a bit faster than you and eventually youll get used to running that fast

  7. when you run make sure you breathe through your mouth so you can get more oxygen and make sure you PACE yourself... don't start out to fast... just make sure you can run the same speed all the way or the speed that is more comfortable for you. and if you get tried while your running just think about the reward after you finish running or hum you favorite song!
