Trouble downloading to my rca m4002a mp3 using...

Question

I recently purchased a RCA M4002A mp3 player. I loaded the software onto my pc...vista. I currently have a napster account for syncing music to my devices. I have tried all night to download music but every time I try to drag and drop a song the screen for add player pops up and wont allow me to load the song on the player. After trying for hours I only ended up with 8 songs on the player and it said I was almost out of space. The device has 2 GB of space. It then read that that software had been messed up some kind of way. What should I do. Please help!
