Trouble for hosting underage drinking party?

Ok so if i was to host a party where underage drinking occurs but i didn't provide the alcohol, and the cops just came and told everyone to leave....how much trouble would i be in? My parents wouldnt know about it either

idk where you live so laws may be different... i live in Aus.

We dont have a legal drinking age pre se, just an age of purchase... drinking in public is illegal for anyone, minor can not drink in licensed places but its legal to drink at home..

just make sure your parents arent there or theyll get charged for supplying alcohol to a minor.

You put the nail in your own coffin...HOST!  Look it up, but it means you are hosting, or having the party!  Everything that happens is under your control.  Just because you don't buy the booze, if you host the party and underage kids get into it, it is your A$$.  Same thing if someone leaves your place sh*t-faced and gets into an accident!  You may not have bought the booze, but you enabled the minors to its access!

Altought you did not provide the alcohol, you were aware that underage kids were drinking. That can get you in big trouble, you can get arrested.

Are you under or over 21? Either way you're in troube, but if your over 21 your in even more trouble.
