Trouble getting Sleep at Night?

Well when i'm at Sleep at night i shuffle alot in Bed i don't no what it is but i can't get to Sleep at some Points in the Month Help? Any Ideas? Suggestions?

  1. - Keep a small window open to keep fresh air in the room.

    - Have milk before you go bed.

    - Dont have coffee/tea/alot to eat before sleeping.

    - Drop lavender scent on your bed.

  2. don't stay on the computer to much cuz it makes you not want to sleep. lay down and watch TV. the lights the scientist say, someway relax your eyes and make you sleep. U can read if you like. Have some air blowing but not to much you still have to feel the heat. And don't force yourself to sleep cuz it doesn't work. You can try even exercising or doing something that gets you tired b4 bed.

  3. stress maybe or worried about something u have to pay or owe.....do the following wake up early like 7am and do some 15 min excessive like jog gin or push ups then keep your self distracted by TV or something you like spend an hour on that and eat a lot of food (no im not trying to tell u to get fat) now at night see a movie from 8 to 10 that's 2 hours then go to sleep with someone (not s*x) just goin to sleep.like for example a kid with hes mom.if u dont have anyone to sleep with i suggest staying asleep until 11pm watching tv then try sleeping.
