Trouble getting TV channels with Sanyo TV?

Question

My old model sanyo TV won't get off the Video station, where any video game console's gameplay would show up (obviously). The remote doesn't have an input button on it, which would normally change the station back to cable. Is there any way I could go back to the TV stations (off video) without the remote?
