Hi there, Since purchasing a new laptop i have not been able to get A) my old printer working, and now B) my new canon pixma mp240. At first I thought it was because my old printer wasn't compatable with vista...now I think the problem must be with the computer. The right printer is selected as the defult printer but i'm now getting a message asking to check the cable between computer and printer... (the printer scans ok.) The right usb port is selected (USB002 virtual prnter port canon mp240). I've restarted the computer, changed printer cables, checked for updated drivers...I am using an ASUS m51t series laptop.Any suggestions?robbx
