Trouble getting websites to clear, please?

Hello

Several times recently I have had difficulty backing off from a website when I was doing research .....for instance, when researching recipes for rusks, The Recipe Link (URL: http://www.recipelink.com) would not 'let go' so I could go back to the Yahoo page with all the other listings.....it simply kept clicking back to itself....in order to get rid of it, I had to click off completely and start up all over again.... this seems to be a problem all over....this morning I had difficulty with one on Yahoo ! India

You are not doing anything wrong.  It's how the web-site is coded.  They don't want you to 'go back" or leave the site.
