  1. Reach around behind your head with the hand on the opposite side from the eye you are inserting the lens into and pull your upper eyelid up.  Then using the middle finger from the hand with the lens on it, hold your lower lid down.  Look directly at the lens and place it on your eye.  Roll your eye around quickly before letting go and it should stay in place.

After a while, you will be able to do it one handed.

  2. When I wore contacts I would put the right contact on my right index finger.  Hold the lower eyelid down with your right middle finger, and your upper eyelid up with your left index finger.

You can try putting the contact directly over your pupil (best) or if this is too uncomfortable try putting it off to the side, then drag it over the pupil.  Blink repeatedly.

  3. for your right eye, put the lense on your left hand (index finger), grab your right eye with your right hand and pull down on your right eye with the middle finger on left hand and put in... impossible to blink this way
