Trouble in my fish tank! |please read|

Question

I have a 20 gallon fish tank.

5 fish.

2 Koi's

2 blue gouramis

1 Pleco

Today I woke up and look my fish tank was super murky/blurry.

All my fish are swimming near the top and some of the fish have brown spots on them.I can also see greenish and brownish dots on my fish tank glass.

What should I do to make my fish comfortable in my fish tank?

first do you have a filter?  second how long is this tank water without water change?  to keep water condition atleast once a week partial water change.

The Pleco and Gouramis are tropical fish and require a temperature between 75-82.  Koi are coldwater fish, and are more comfortable in the 60's.

All of your fish are too large to keep in a 20 gallon tank.  You need a 50 gallon to keep the gouramis and pleco.  

Koi need a pond. 1000 gallons is a good size for them, with heavy filtration

did you clean you tank? or your filters? and did you  know that filters work best when they are mature and a little dirty.and a complete cleaning or replacement of the media can actually cause problems.

Koi and Plecos' are to big for a 20 gallon. They each grow 1 foot and its possible to exceed that. Plecos can grow 2 feet!

Unless you get a smaller type of pleco instead of a common. Koi also need coldwater while the rest need warm water. Raise the temperature up to 86 for 3 days to get rid of the ick. Do a big water change. Get a new filter bag. Vacum your gravel. Put 5ml of Water Clarifier in. (Can be purchased at local petstores). Feed less food less often.

kio fish are really pond fish and that tank is too small for those fish.  They need a much bigger tank and the fish sound like they may be sick.  

The dots on the fish tank are probably algae.

they have a disease of something but so sorry i forgot the name. due to the uneaten foods(if any) and the rapid growth of algae in the tank, the water is co ntaminated.

The tank is already too small for 1 pleco or koi.What knd of pleco do you have,commons can get over 2 feet,not enough room for two gouramis.And what kind of fish do you have.E-mail me andgive me more detailed information.Koi are pond fish.Some people put them in tanks but they are happier in ponds.Koi like to swim at the top.They are not community fish adn koi get over 2 feet.I would get and 1,000 gallon tank or pond.Also you can't mix tropical and pond fish. They need different needs.Like koi like it cool and plecos and gouramis like it warm.You still got me on those other fish but I guess your fish are very sick.
