Trouble installing MalwareBytes anti-malware?

I downloaded the MalwareBytes.org anti-malware, and saved it to the computer, but when I double-click it, it won't load.

I have the program installed in my own computers.  Being that the program is 100% safe and secure, I recommend that you just run and install, instead of saving and then running.   See if this will work for you.  Good luck.
