Trouble on Deviantart with DeviantWATCH (~PLEASE HELP!~)

Question

I'm having trouble being able to edit my friends on DeviantArt. When I looked up my problem on deviantart, and went here: http://help.deviantart.com/26/

It said that to manage my friends on DeviantWATCH, I needed to click the link on the right hand column... but there is no right-hand column. The only stuff there are advertisments :(

Ever since V6, everything has gotten messed up. Can someone post me a real link of where to go to manage my deviant friends (like, checking the boxes and such) or at least explain it to me?
