Trouble removing muffler silencer..

Question

Had my exhaust put in and now i want to remove the silencers, but they won't seem to come out. I've lubed the walls of the silencer with wd-40 and nothing. I've also tried the metal hanger and nothing it's too hard in there. They are removable..but these are in there tight i can bang on them with a hammer and see them move inward, but got have them come out... Any help or suggestions would be awsome in this situation.
