Trouble sizing Fossil Watch CH-2506

Question

I recently received a Fossil Ch 2506 watch as a gift and have not been able to resize it. The only pin that will come out separates the closing mechanism from the watch band. There are arrows facing outward along the inside of the watch band, but they are in opposing directions. Since it was a gift, I do not have any of the literature that might have come with the watch.Thanks in advance!Ryan
