I'm 22 weeks pregnant and for about a month now I have had the hardest time sleeping!! Almost every night I toss and turn and just lay in bed for hours! Did anyone else go through this, and if so what did you do to help you sleep?

  1. I'm only 19w7d pregnant, and my problem is that I get up 6 times a night to pee, and I do toss and turn can't get comfy... It sucks

  2. hey sweetie.

    i'm also 22 weeks and having a girl :-)

    im due January 1st..

i just sleep when i can really as there is not much else we can do. I just try relaxing before i go to my bed, like having a bath etc. It seems to be doing the trick, although it doesn't always work . Right now its 03.30 (i live in UK) but i feel totally awake.Good Luck with your lil princess :-)

  3. im 32 weeks and i sleep better during the day then at night my baby kicks all night long

  4. Ugh! I am 20.5 weeks and I can't sleep either! I am so tired all the time and I can't get comfy unless I use a million pillows and have just gone pee..LOL To relax I have a nice warm shower and I read a bit maybe 10 mins then I can sleep. When all else fails I count sheep..LOL

  5. yea its starts getting hard to sleep. just try to keep busy during the day so that when you lay down at night your kinda tired. also start using pillows in between your legs. im 36 weeks and get NO sleep during the night. i get all my sleep through naps during the day.
