hey people i need help sleeping and counting sheep is not working any other methods and school starts mon day help

  1. Try watching some tv for a long time..like not blinking. Or doing other things to make you tired..if you know what I mean :o *cough*


  2. Melatonin. Its a natural sleep aid. And Non habit forming. I have the same problem. Its over the counter and cheap. I also take tylenol simply sleep and benedryl.
