Question:

Trouble sleeping.... natural (non drug pill?) or methods????

I have trouble sleeping....

I always sleep around 11:30 p.m. or 12

Is there any pill that's NOT A DRUG that doesn't stunt your growth or stuff?

The main reason I wanna sleep early is so I can grow tall.

Is there any method or pill that can make me sleep real easily?

  2. Well... I have sleeping problems too and my sister, who believes in organic stuff, gave me this herbal stuff called Valerian. It actually worked. It may be in woolworths or something.

  3. try valerium root with a glass of Del Prado Pear Nectar. You will be asleep within 20 minutes.

  4. Melatonin and Valerian Root both have shown good effect in helping people get and maintain sleep.

    Valerian Root is better, IMHO, but it takes longer to be effective (you must take it every day and in two- to three- weeks you will be sleeping better). Melatonin helps one to sleep quicker, usually within 30 to 60 minutes; but sometimes the sleep doesn't last as long.

    Besides this, you can try reading a little before bed; and then a few minutes of meditation afterward. I find that a chapter out of a good book, 20 minutes of quiet meditation, and a cup of chamomile tea with honey puts me out pretty quickly.
