Trouble sleeping..need some help

I'm 15. I NEVER get to sleep until about 5:30 0r 6:00 a.m... School will be starting in less than a month & I have to wake up at 5:30 a.m.... Any suggestions on how to sleep better???

  2. My sleeping schedule is totally messed up too.

    What I do sometimes to fix it is stay up all night one night, then go to sleep early the next day. You can also try an over the counter sleep aid like Unisom. I've tried it before and even though it makes me want to go to sleep, I feel really tired the next day when I wake up.

  3. Natural remedies include warm milk, melatonin, valerian, 5-HTP and others that you can find in a web search for "natural sleep remedies".
