  1. I'm sorry for your loss. I think it's completly normal for this to happen, I think it might be helpful to see a counsellor to help deal with your feelings, or if it's really bad, see a doctor who can prescrbe medication and also possibly help u see a good counsellor

  2. Bach Flowers "Rescue" spray. For relax and for sleep.

Whole Food Stores, Wild Oats and the like.

    The best I ever tried!

Also accept that this will affect you for a while. It not easy for anyone.

As human beings, we all share the same.

  3. I am in the same position. try to take a hot shower before going to bed or some tea or milk whatever you like. try to go to sleep with a clear mind. I know there is a lot on your mind. Try writing out or telling someone how you feel so when you go to bed you will have a clear mind.Hope i helped Good luck!

  4. I feel for ya.  My mom just died a few weeks ago, and for WEEKS prior to her passing, I couldn't sleep just WAITING for "the call".  now that she's gone, I STILL can't sleep at night.  Some nights I take 2 Simply Sleep from Tylenol.  it helps you sleep without medicine in it.

That might help.  or take a warm bath with candles and the johnson & johnson calming baby wash, right before bed.  that baby wash is awesome!

    good luck!

  5. First of all I'm sorry one of your relatives died. Have you tried listening to music? It really helps me fall to sleep when i listen to music because It kind of makes me not think about things that would keep me awake.

  6. you should talk with a doctor, i lost 3 so i no how you feel. but till then try taking sleeping pills it will help you. and god bless you, im sorry for your lost. betty.
