  1. well you're odviously out of shape again , just keep practising . 2 weeks may not seem taht long but to sprinters it is

  2. To help with getting rid of soreness and help improve your speed, stretch. Stretch before your workout, after your workout and two or three more time during the day. Just simple stretchs, you dont have to stretch every leg muscle every time just the ones that are sore or tight. Beileve it or not flexiblity can really help you improve speed and reduce soreness.

  3. you should never stop running just because you're sore! soreness is a sign of improvement and hard work. you probably feel slower because the soreness is making you feel heavier. however this does not mean you are actually going any slower.

all the soreness/heavy feeling will pass eventually. just keep doing the usual workouts

    good luck! :)

  4. its normal to be sore, you shoulda just sucked it up and kept on running because you WILL get into shape (thats when the soreness dies down) and jogging will not help your sprinting.  i find that some football drills help increase your agility (i had a football coach for a sprinting coach).  just keep running and when the going gets tough, don't give up.  push yourself (if you wanna be good)  i guarantee it will pay off.
