To Barkley Hound, Steven M. & J.J. Thanks for trying to help me. A couple of you suggested that I get HiSpeed. I do have Hi Speed now with my dial-up service. Sure wish I could get this problem solved so I could enjoy the videos that others send me.

  1. If you have High Speed Dsl. you shouldn't have no problems watching Videos. If you are trying to watch a video from http://www.youtube.com their Site is down. try watching one from yahoo at http://music.yahoo.com

Another Thing You Can Do First

Clean Your Browser Cache By Clicking Tools At The Top Then Internet Options Then Delete History Cookies Delete Temp Files. That Will Help You Out Alot

  2. Hi-speed DSL (not dial-up)  is really what you need. However, you can try doing a total reset of your Internet connection to see if that helps.  Dial-up is not good for rendering videos.

Yet it is the latest Flash Player for your browser that is the software that allows you to see videos. http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/...

Always make sure you have the latest updated for your browser.

Make sure that you have all the Windows Updates installed for your computer as well.

And yes, YouTube is currently doing some type of maintanence, so you should try with those videos later.
