Trouble with Sky tv?

Every night my sky gives trouble- specifically Channel 4/ E4. Basically it becomes scrambled and then after a minute or so a message comes up saying there is a technical problem or satellite signal has been lost. What can i do?? Another problem i have is that some nights these channels suddenly go off at 10.00pm?!? Its so frustating. Any help appreciated

Give Sky a call and explain these problems to them. If it can't be resolved over the phone, they should get an engineer to call round.
