  1. You can try it this way. Place the contact lens on the tip of your index or middle finger. With the fingers and thumb of your other hand, simultaneously pull up on your upper eyelid and down on your lower eyelid.Position the lens on your eye while looking upward or forward. Roll your eyes in a complete circle to help the lens settle, then blink. For all details,  information and remedies about contacts check out http://use-contactlens.blogspot.com/

  2. What you need to do is pull up on  your lid and hold it so when the contact touches your eye you won't be able to blink..I have worn contacts for years and it does take practice to put them in... once you get the hang of it and get used to them it will be easier than u think... I can put them in now without holding the lid open ... Just make sure they are very clean and lubricated... Good luck...

  3. OMG! HAHAHA! I have the same problem as you did! Okie, well, yeh. I started out like you. I did practice a little, like open my eyes wide open (with the finger technique) and then try to aim my finger to my eye (BUT NOT TOUCH IT! Not trying to poke out my eye here, HELLO! Lols) This is what I did when I got my contacts in (the third week for practice, I go to LensCrafters once a week to practice) and then I do this :

I turn my eye to the corner where it's on the white part of the eye and then use the opposite hand to put them in

(If I'm putting the contact in my right eye, I use the left hand to put it in.

For my left eye, I use my right hand)

And yeah, it's okie to put it on the white part of the eye because the lens will go to the black part of the eye later on. The eye doctor person will tell you... (well, idk but they told me and it worked!)

The only problem with looking at the corner of the eye is that you won't know when to roll your eyes like crazy (to get the contact to stick onto it) so... yeah, I'm still practicing. Haha~

[also I think about how beautiful I look without glasses on when I put in my contacts so my mind isn't thinking about a foreign object entering the eye. :-) ]
