Trouble with finalinzing samsung minidv?

My samsung SC-DC173U does not finalize.

the disc...sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't any helpful advice besides throwing it against the wall

  1. Have you contacted Samsung customer service??


  2. Rewritable discs can't be finalized. Mini DVD-r and DVD+ can be finalized.
