Trouble with home movies

Question

I have a sanyo CG6

and I've been trying to convert the files to put on my PSP.I use PSP video 9 to convert them.

It finishes converting them like normal,but when i Upload them to my PSP only a quick second plays before it stops and says "this file cannot be played.what should i do?
