Trouble with my camera?

when i plug it in to my computer it says that one of the devices has been damaged or windows cant recognize it but thats weird cuz nothin happened to it

It's probably a driver error. Look up the version of your camera and download its driver. Maybe this'll make it work. =) if it doesnt, just go to a retail store where they sell cameras and ask one of the clerks or something, theyll probably know.

try restarting the computer and the plugging it in again. i don't know why, but sometimes this works for me.
