Trouble with slbcsp.dll and sccbase.dll

Question

Hi....i have trouble installing hp 5610 all in one series , installing stop because some issues.
the issues are slbcsp.dll and sccbase.dll.
please help meplease help me.... i have problems installing my HP F4185 all-in-one.... when i tried to install the software it would stop with registry problems with the following files...gpkcsp.dllsccbase.dllslbcsp.dllhuhuhuhu.. please help me... i tried downloading the three files but i don't know where to paste it.. please help me...thanks...
