well i just got back from a 45 min run in the forest and about half way through the left side of my s*****m where the t******e sits started turning really red and blue and it started to really hurt, it looked as if it wasnt getting any circulation, then the pain just got worse and worst as time went on by the end of my run the pain was excruciating and i could hardly walk. When i got home i had a hot shower and it dramaticly got better... what happed? what can i do to prevent it? is it a circualtion problem? PS. the weather was fairly warm out, it was 20degrees celcius. and i was just wearing boxers and sweatpants... HElp!
