Trouble with university and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)...?

I have to take three exercise classes (two I can choose and one that everyone has to take); I've been in contact with a counsellor, but nothing's getting done. I'd actually registered for the class and had to drop because of the professor (he apparently thought he knew more about my conditions than I know, so I didn't feel like him trying to make me do things that would hurt-- DESPITE having the doctor's orders and the documentation from disability support services). Anyway, they're dragging their feet for some reason, and I need to get this stuff taken care of. No progress is being made...no one is contacting me....nothing. The bottom lin is that I'm not doing something that's going to hurt me more, and I'm not doing something that the professor has been told (in the correct documentation) that I cannot do. I'm so tired of going through this with disability support.....I've made no progress.... (continued below)...
