Troy-Bilt loader hydraulic fluid

The manual for the Troy Built 5o" zero turn mower indicates that Hydraulic fluid does not require regular replacement. Mower should be be serviced only by Troy built. my question is simply how can I replace or add fluid to the hydraulics ?and avoid a costly repair.
