What are some movies that are based on true events-Zodiac, Black Dahlia, etc... along those lines? NOT things like Texas Chainsaw and other movies that are "based on actual events" and blah blah but movies based on actual serial killers?

I agree "Monster" is very, very good movie. But I believe that you should see "Citizen X" with Max Von Sydow about Russian serial killer Andrei Chikatilo who killed 52 persons (some sources says that it is not a final number).
