  1. I checked the first guys answers (Beggar) and they are correct. So just go with those.

    False (example: electric dipole)

    False (the circuit must be closed for current to run)

    False (a turned off lightbulb = an open circuit. If they are connected in a series, the other would go out as well)

    False (volt measure (surprise, surprise!) voltage)

    False (current=voltage/resistance)
