  1. false

  2. not true

  3. False.Take it like this:

    1.We feel warm during Rainfall

Water Evaporated from lakes, seas etc and rises. In the       upper layers of the atmosphere the water vapour releases heta equal to its latent heat of Condensation(around 2268J/g)to condense into water droplets which falls as rain. This 2268 joules of heat released in the atmosphere by every gram of water makes it warm.

    2.We feel cool after Rainfall

The water fallen as a result of Rainfall on various objects and the earth absorbs heat equal tois latent heat of vapourisation(Around 2268J/g) from the atmosphere to turn into water vapour. Thus each gram of fallen water absorbs 2268J of Heat from the Atmosphere making it cool.
