Dominates what? being over rated and getting blown out in bowl games they dont deserve to play in? If that is what you mean then Ohio state gives them a run for their money in that department. Otherwise they couldnt beat north easter south western central technical college of desiel engines

The only thing notre dame dominates is the couch, during bowl season when they watched other teams play.
