  1. when i got my fitness specialist  cert., cardio-resp. fit. meant pulse/breathing rate...while aerobic fit. meant the vox uptake-how much oxygen ws actually being absorbed by the blood  from the alveoli...good luck.


  2. Pretty much the same thing, I'd say. One sounds like someone trying to be too clever, the other is more a buzzphrase for personal trainers.
