  1. Noooooooooooooo that is not true.

    tehcnically saying

    Light (made up of photons which are nearly massless) is the fastest thing but the speed of electricity depends upon the drift velocity(Or say speed) of electrones (Very very very very Heavy in comparison of photons) in the conductor i.e. the wires and all that.

    Secondally Computer circuits rarely fails

    Can say it is true but only for new ones. The old computers (8-10 years) are more prone to failure as they have some specific working limits like voltage, humidity temprature and don't put wires in worng ports. but now a days computer circuit will only fail if you put water on them and then switch it on. :-).. The SMPS saves it from over voltage and low voltage.

  3. Whilst the time to send data via the circuits IS important (Super COmputers like the CRAY are built in a circle to reduce the length of the circuits) processing time is mostly affected by the chip speeds - Memory and CPU
