True or false - if you beat off too much you will pee alot and lose your second squirt?

i had a friend who always kept going to the bathroom and my other friend said he needs to stop beating off. I asked him wahat he was talking about and he explained that if you beat off too much or have s*x with someone too tight you will get some medical condition where you pee alot and you can not do the 2 or 3 squirts after a pee. I forgot the condition he said but is this true?

its not true but its possible that if you pee too much you can pee out the s***n  but it doesnt make you un-do able. its not possible to stop peeing number 2 if you have tight s*x eather.
