  1. false! alot of resturants serve way more than a single person should eat. but I guess you can always have left overs.

  2. False, the serving sizes are most likely two to four times as big, especially with side items.

  3. I doubt it.  I've been to restaurants and my order was enough to feed 3 people!  The finer restaurants might serve proper portions but in general, I think most restaurants go overboard when it comes to serving things such as pasta, for example.  The main course is small but they give you 5 lbs. of pasta to make the dish more appetizing.

  4. false....like that girl said, 2 points!

  5. idk...2 points!!!!!!

  6. Sure we do! That's why obesity is not a huge problem in this country.

  7. Cheap restaurants are the ones that "supersize" you.  The better restaurants tend to serve reasonable portions.

  8. False.  Most serving sizes are huge and the average person who eats NORMAL portions will usually get two meals out of a resturant meal.  If you eat all of it in one sitting, generally you have just overeaten and feel stuffed afterwards.

  9. false

  10. False.

They serve BIG FAT portions.  I think most servings are for 2 or more people at the majority of restaurants. But then there are those hoity toity types of restaurants that serve for 1/2 of a person. ;-)
