True that the jeppview charts from jeppesen are the same as "bought on real paper", only that they are on CD?

i am considering buying these jeppview charts, because I don t wanna have so much papers. So is it true that, when I buy like the californian set, I choose the airport, and then the charts appear, so a 1:1 copy from the original one?

best part of the cd is that you can update it online, the books are only good for a week or less.  i load our 747's with both the books and the cds, our books are changed everytime the jet comes back home.

Yes, they are the same as the paper charts, with the exception that the enroute charts don't look the same, and you can turn various features on and off.  The plates for a specific airport are all identical though.
